Email

WILLMAR — The man accused of leading Willmar police on a high-speed chase that ended with a crash at the local golf course faces two felonies in the matter.

J. Jesus Navarez Gomez Jr., 29, appeared Monday in Kandiyohi County District Court in Willmar.

He is alleged to have fled police, resulting in a nearly mile-long chase earlier this month through a residential area of town, ending with him crashing a vehicle through a fence and into golf carts at Valley Golf Course.
