Man gets prison time for baseball bat assault; victim had 13 stitches to close wound to his head

WILLMAR -- Jaime Turrubiates, 29, of Willmar, was sentenced Tuesday to 34 months in prison on a second-degree assault charge for hitting another man in the head with a metal baseball bat Aug. 22 at Regency Estates West.
