Man pleads to witness tampering, drug sale charges

WILLMAR — Anthony Rooy Rolffs, 27, of Willmar, pleaded guilty Thursday to a first-degree witness tampering charge and two fourth-degree drug sale charges.


As part of a plea agreement, 10 additional felony charges for fourth- and fifth-degree drug sale will be dismissed. He will be sentenced March 10.
