Lagoon Park in Montevideo lives up to its name Wednesday as flood waters from the Minnesota River cover the land. Areas around the Crow, Minnesota and Mississippi rivers face a second flood crest in coming days, and many places in northwestern Minnesota are bracing for initial crests of the Red River and other streams in the area this weekend or next week. The Minnesota River at Montevideo was expected to be at 20 feet by today. Last year's crest there was 20.09 feet. Tribune photo by Ron Adams
