WILLMAR -- Marjorie "Bonnie" A. Mohr, 84, of Atwater died Saturday at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Lutheran Church in rural Atwater. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Atwater Funeral Home and for one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church. Memorials are preferred to St. John Lutheran Church or Bethesda Heritage Pet Therapy Program.
She was born Dec. 27, 1927, in Palmyra Township, Renville County, to Henry and Anna C. (Ruden) Thode. She grew up on the family farm and attended rural school. She worked on the family farm.
She married Frans Rosenquist in Bird Island and they farmed south of Atwater. She moved to the Grove City area after Frans' death in 1963.
She married Jimmie Theodore Mohr on Nov. 18, 1967, in Atwater. They farmed north of Atwater. Jimmie died in 2005.
She worked at Molenaar Plastics from 1969 until retiring in 2002. She lived at Bethesda Heritage Center in Willmar the past two years.
She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Atwater and St. John Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her children: Frans (and Deborah) Rosenquist of Atwater and Charlot (and LeRoy) Remmel of Grove City; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three sisters: Evangeline Helin of Willmar, Lois Hedlund of Spicer and Vivian (and Louis) Hedlund of Minneapolis.
She was preceded in death by both husbands, two grandsons, a daughter-in-law and a brother.
