MILBANK, S.D. -- Marlys Irene Radermacher, 74, of Milbank, S.D., died Tuesday at Golden Living Center in Milbank.

The service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Milbank. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Rosen.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Mundwiler Funeral Home in Milbank with a prayer service and rosary at 7 p.m. and for one hour before the service at the church.

She was born April 9, 1935, in Akron Township, Big Stone County, to Edward and Martha (Struck) Engebretson. She attended school in Ortonville.

She married James Radermacher on March 4, 1954, in Milbank, S.D. They farmed near Franklin from 1957 to 1979. They moved into Milbank in 1978. She worked as a dietary aid at the Milbank Hospital for many years. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.

She is survived by her children: Allen (and Linda) Radermacher of Franklin, Jeff (and Barb) Radermacher of Bird Island, Bill (and Becki) Radermacher of Franklin, Tim (and Janice) Radermacher of Hector, Greg (and Kay) Radermacher of Hector, Jim (and Malea) Radermacher of Renville, Deb (and Clete) Frank of Willmar, Karen (and Jim) Koepke of Milbank, S.D., Mary (and Steve) Winther of Ortonville, Brenda (and Randy) Schmieg of Big Stone City, S.D., Jenny (and Scott) Pinkert of Big Stone City, S.D., Pam (and Todd) Lounsbery of Revillo, S.D., and Kim (and Randy) Eisenschenk of Milbank, S.D.; 28 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; silbings: Richard Engebretson of Fairbanks, Alaska, Edna Paffrath of Ramsey and Barbara Baker of Pascoe, Wash.

She was preceded in death by her husband; infant son: James; and infant daughter: Sherry.
