MONTEVIDEO — A 19-year-old Marshall woman was taken to Chippewa County-Montevideo Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday near Montevideo.

According to the State Patrol, Kaitlyn N. Burner was driving a 2005 Dodge Stratus westbound on U.S. Highway 212 and struck the rear end of a 1984 International semi driven by Gary L. Weckwerth, 57, of Benson. Weckwerth wasn’t injured.

Also responding were the Montevideo Ambulance and Chippewa County Sheriff’s Office.
