McLaughlin to sign with Old Dominion

Ridgewater College sophomore running back Alex McLaughlin will sign a letter of intent today with Old Dominion, an NCAA Division I University in Norfolk, Va.

Warriors football coach Rob Baumgarn said McLaughlin will receive a full ride.

McLaughlin gained NJCAA All-Division first-team honors after rushing for 1,727 yards and 16 touchdowns in 2008. The Apple Valley graduate is currently completing work on an AA degree at Normandale.
