Kiree Robinson led the Warriors with 19 points and Terrance Lockett scored 17 as Ridgewater improved to 2-1.

The Warriors scored 46 first-half points, the final three coming on Melvin Kromah’s half-court buzzer beater.

“Our team looked really good in the first half,” said Warriors head coach Bob Knutson. “In the second half, we got cautious and played a little tentative. But (the SJU JV) is a good team and they’re big. Beating those guys twice (this season) is a nice accomplishment.”

Ridgewater held a 45-37 edge on the boards and the Warriors shot 50 percent from the field. They had a 33-2 advantage in bench points.

Kromah scored 12 points and Beau Herrig had 8 points, a team-best 12 rebounds and 4 assists.

The Warriors play Central Lakes at 3 p.m. today at Ridgewater.
