Mental health reports in on Junkermeier; Jenkins set to be sentenced


WILLMAR — The mental competency reports on Brok Junkermeier, the 19-year-old Willmar man indicted with first-degree murder charges for killing Lila Warwick, have been filed in Kandiyohi County District Court.

The reports are not public information, but Junkermeier’s next hearing, a pretrial hearing, remains scheduled for Wednesday before District Judge Donald Spilseth. Junkermeier is also scheduled for a three-week jury trial starting on March 25.
