LITCHFIELD -- Mildred Lillian Oberg, 93, of Litchfield, died Thursday at Emmanuel Nursing Home in Litchfield.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Cornerstone Church in Litchfield. Burial will be at 2 p.m. in the Cloverleaf Cemetery in Willmar.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the church. Arrangements are with Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield.
She was born Nov. 8, 1915, in Jamestown, N.D., to Ben and Clara (Waters) Garner. She attended several country schools and then continued her education at Morris Agricultural School, graduating in 1934.
She married Alfred Johnson on June 27, 1936. She married Carl Oberg in November 1966. She lived in Lake Lillian and Atwater before moving to Litchfield in 1960. She was a nurse's aide at Augustana Homes.
She was a member of First Baptist Church which became the Cornerstone Church in Litchfield.
She is survived by her children: Russel (and Rosella) Johnson of Sandstone and Ruth Ann Johnson of Litchfield; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her three siblings.
