Minn. DNR talks trash about fish house litter

ST. PAUL -- The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is talking trash about anglers who leave the ice littered.

People who leave behind bottles, cans, cigarette butts, or worse can be fined up to $300 and be charged for the cleanup costs.
