The Minnesota House of Representatives followed the Senate's lead and unanimously approved the legislation championed by Sarah Guggisberg of Clara City on Monday.

Guggisberg said it is now headed to Governor Mark Dayton for his signature, which appears likely.

Guggisberg was accompanied by her 12-year-old son, Jacob, and three of his sisters as they watched the House of Representatives approve the measure on the floor, 122 to 0.
