One trooper reported that on a posted 55 mph highway, the trooper was only able to do 10 mph.

So far, the Minnesota Department of Transportation is reporting fair driving conditions in the Willmar region on its traffic and road conditions website 511mn.org, but farther west in the region, conditions are described as difficult. Wet, icy roads are reported in much of western Minnesota.
