Minnesota Valley Alfalfa Processors to pay penalty, make improvements for alleged dust emission violations at Priam plant near Willmar
WILLMAR -- Minnesota Valley Alfalfa Processors will pay a $50,000 civil penalty and invest at least $52,000 to improve emissions control equipment at its Priam plant, according to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
Up to $26,000 of the penalty can be applied towards the costs of the improvements.
