CD signing

Robert Segovia will sign copies of his contemporary Christian CD "When All is Said and Done" from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at The Bloom, 202 Washburne Ave., Paynesville.

Book lecture

Jess Lourey will speak on "Writing and Publishing a Novel" at 6 p.m. April 13 at the Willmar Public Library. The Paynesville native is the author of the Murder by Month mystery series.

Bus trips

Bus trips by community education and other non-profit groups to art related events are listed below according to the date of the event. Price must be included.

Kandiyohi County Historical Society: Bus trip to St. Paul April 16 to the Science Museum of Minnesota to see "The Dead Sea Scrolls" exhibit; $45 per person for admission and bus ride, lunch will be on your own; leaves Kandiyohi County Historical Society at 7:30 a.m. Registration and payment required by April 9, call 320-235-1881.

Swift County and Big Stone County libraries: Bus trip to the Minnesota History Museum on May 11 and May 15 for residents of the two counties. Free bus ride and free admittance to see the Minnesota Greatest Generation exhibit. Make reservations by calling one of the following libraries where the bus will make stops: Appleton, 320-289-1681; Benson, 320-842-7981; Kerkhoven, 320-264-2141; Graceville, 320-748-7332; or Ortonville, 320-839-2494.
