Email

WILLMAR – Several stretches of highway have recently been closed in southwestern Minnesota.

Minnesota Department of Transportation officials earlier today had predicted closures would not be forthcoming, but plows were pulled since early this evening and conditions have continued to deteriorate. The MnDOT website for road and travel conditions – www.511mn.org – now lists several closures in the region to due to blowing snow and reduced visibility.
