Mogensen -- Refsland
Abby Mogensen and Dane Refsland, both of Eden Prairie, are engaged to be married May 20 at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska.
Mogensen is the daughter of Mary and Dave Mogensen of St. Peter.
She is a 1998 graduate of St. Peter High School, a 2002 graduate of the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph with a bachelor's degree in social work, and a 2009 graduate of the University of Minnesota with a master's of social work. She is employed by Beacon Academy in Maple Grove as a school social worker.
Refsland is the son of Lu and Loren Refsland of Blomkest.
He is a 2000 graduate of Willmar Senior High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor's degree in biology. He is studying computer networking systems at ITT Technical Institute and is employed by Minnetonka Public Schools as an information systems professional.
