More than 300 people set new record for Polar Bear Plunge on Green Lake

According to an official release, 313 people jumped Saturday into the frigid waters of Green Lake during the Polar Bear Plunge, raising a new record of $62,229 for Special Olympics Minnesota. The temperature at the time of the annual event was 16 degrees with 15 mph winds.
