WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday along the 900 block of Litchfield Avenue Southwest.

WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 11:15 a.m. Wednesday along the 1000 block of Highway 71 North.

Theft

WILLMAR -- A gas drive-off theft was reported around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday at Little Dukes, 1300 Fifth St. S.E. The unpaid bill was $30.54.

Arrests

WILLMAR -- A 26-year-old Willmar man was arrested for driving after cancellation - inimical to public safety around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday along 19th Avenue Southwest.

WILLMAR -- A 41-year-old Willmar man was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday along the 300 block of Fourth Street Southwest. The arrest came after officers were called to the scene to deal with him throwing household goods and furnishings out a second-floor window.

NEW LONDON -- A 41-year-old Willmar male was arrested for fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, no insurance and failure to transfer title around 5:45 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of county roads 35 and 128 north of New London.

Underage consumption

WILLMAR -- Four men, ages 18 and 19, were cited for underage consumption around midnight Tuesday near the intersection of Willmar Avenue and 7½th Street. The driver, age 19, was also cited for underage drinking and driving.
