Theft

ATWATER -- The theft of wire and extension cords was reported around 1:30 p.m. Monday near the intersection of County Road 2 and 15th Avenue Southeast.

NEW LONDON -- The theft of locks from storage units was reported around 4:20 p.m. Monday at Crow River Storage, 8495 187th Ave. N.E.

WILLMAR -- A gas drive-off theft was reported around 6:30 p.m. Monday from the Eagle Lake Country Store, 6647 Highway 71 N.E. The unpaid bill was $35.71.

Property damage

LAKE LILLIAN -- Damage to a new piece of playground equipment was reported around 3 p.m. Monday along the 200 block of Farmdale Avenue.

WILLMAR -- Damage to vehicles and theft was reported around 6:40 a.m. Tuesday along the 700 block of Fifth Street Southwest.

WILLMAR -- Damage to a vehicle and theft was reported around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday along the 1200 block of Third Street Southwest. A stereo and miscellaneous items were missing from the vehicle.

WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Caribbean Night Club, North Business 71.

WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a fish house was reported around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday along the 500 block of 14th Street Southwest.

Arrests

NEW LONDON -- A 19-year-old Willmar man was arrested for theft around 7:30 p.m. Monday at Windy Hill Auto Parts, 9200 240th Ave. N.E.

WILLMAR -- A 50-year-old man, no address available, was arrested for driving while impaired, giving a false name to a peace officer and for no Minnesota driver's license around 11:30 p.m. Monday along Business 71.
