WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a sign was reported around 12:40 p.m. Tuesday at the Kandiyohi County Historical Society, 610 Highway 71 N.E.

Theft

SPICER -- The theft of a tow dolly was reported around 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at Mike Dock and Yard, 602 Agnes St.

WILLMAR -- A gas drive-off theft was reported around 5:40 a.m. Wednesday at Holiday, 817 Litchfield Ave. S.W. The unpaid bill was $16.32.

Arrest

WILLMAR -- A 14-year-old girl was arrested for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct around 7:20 p.m. Tuesday at a group home along the 800 block of Park Avenue. The girl was taken to Prairie Lakes Detention Center.

Underage consumption

WILLMAR -- Two 19-year-olds were cited for underage consumption around 11:50 p.m. Tuesday along the 1200 block of 24th Street Northwest. The officer who cited the Willmar male and Raymond female also put out a fire on a couch.

WILLMAR -- Four people were cited for underage consumption around 5 a.m. Wednesday along the 1100 block of 24th Street Northwest. The three men and one woman were cited after a neighbor reported a loud party in the building.
