WILLMAR -- Twenty five people were cited for underage consumption of alcohol around 11 p.m. Saturday along the 600 block of Monongalia Avenue Southwest.
WILLMAR -- Three people were cited for underage consumption around 11:15 p.m. Friday along the 500 block of Fourth Street Southeast.
Property damage
WILLMAR -- Damage to a vehicle was reported around noon Friday along the 1300 block of 24th Street Northwest. The vehicle had been "keyed" according to the caller.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti on an electrical box was reported around 2:15 p.m. Friday along the 300 block of Olena Avenue Southeast.
WILLMAR -- A broken window was reported around 1:40 a.m. Saturday along the 600 block of Third Street Southwest. The caller reported the window may have been broken in a fight.
NEW LONDON -- Damage caused to a parked vehicle in a hit-and-run accident was reported around 9 a.m. Saturday along the 19000 block of Riverview Lane Northeast.
WILLMAR -- A smashed vehicle window was reported around 10:40 a.m. Saturday along the 400 block of 15th Avenue Southwest.
WILLMAR -- Missing door trim from a vehicle was reported around 4:30 p.m. Saturday along the 2600 block of 15th Avenue Northwest.
WILLMAR -- A broken window in an apartment was reported around 1 a.m. Sunday along the 1300 block of 24th Street Northwest.
WILLMAR -- Damage to a door was reported around 3:40 a.m. Sunday along the 300 block of Robert Street Southeast.
ID Theft
NEW LONDON -- A case of identity theft was reported around 10:45 a.m. Saturday along Main Street.
Theft
WILLMAR -- The theft of a $100 bike was reported around 3:20 p.m. Friday at Willmar Junior High School, 209 Willmar Ave. S.E.
WILLMAR -- The theft of solar lights from a yard was reported around 6:45 p.m. Saturday along the 500 block of Ann Street Southeast.
Arrests
NEW LONDON -- An 18-year-old New London man was arrested for driving while impaired, and possession of alcohol and a small amount of marijuana around 3:30 a.m. Saturday near the intersection County Roads 40 and 9.
PRIAM -- A 34-year-old Lucan man was arrested around 8:30 a.m. Saturday along state Highway 23 near County Road 116. The man was wanted in Rock County for stealing a vehicle and involvement in a domestic, and was also wanted on a warrant from Pipestone County. Charges in this county include speeding and possible possession of stolen property.
WILLMAR -- A 28-year-old Willmar man was arrested for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety around 4:30 p.m. Saturday along Gay Street. The arrest was made after the owner of a Willmar auto dealership called law enforcement to report that someone had been test driving a vehicle for more than an hour. The vehicle was located near the man's home and returned to the dealership.
WILLMAR -- A 23-year-old Willmar man was arrested for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, driving with revoked plates and for possession of drug paraphernalia around 8 p.m. Saturday along First Street South and Willmar Avenue.
