Theft

SPICER -- The theft of an iPod and LED lights was reported around 2 p.m. Monday along the 15200 block of Calhoun Road.

WILLMAR -- The theft of $18,000 was reported around 3 p.m. Monday at Wells Fargo Bank, 101 19th Ave. S.W. The theft was reported by a 54-year-old Willmar man.

Property damage

WILLMAR -- Spray-paint damage on a building was reported around 4:10 p.m. Monday along the 1300 block of Seventh Street Southeast.

RAYMOND -- Graffiti on playground equipment was reported around 7 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Fifth Street.

WILLMAR -- Law enforcement officers confiscated toilet paper and other items from a large group around 9:15 p.m. Monday along the 3100 block of Eagle Ridge Drive East.

WILLMAR -- A homeowner reported his home had been egged twice around 1:10 a.m. Tuesday along the 1100 block of Richland Avenue Southwest.

WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a fence, sheds and camper was reported around 7 a.m. Tuesday along the 500 block of 14th Street Southwest.

WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a vehicle was reported around 7:35 a.m. Tuesday along the 600 block of 15th Street Southwest.

WILLMAR -- A broken windshield, caused by an egg thrown from an oncoming vehicle, was reported around 9:15 p.m. Monday along Business 71 and County Road 24. The 18-year-old driver and 17-year-old passenger, who threw the egg, were advised by officers and released to their parents.

WILLMAR -- Officers confiscated toilet paper and other materials from young people around 10 p.m. Monday along the 1800 block of Fourth Street Northeast.

Burglary

WILLMAR -- A home burglary was reported around 4 p.m. Monday along the 2600 block of Sixth Street Southwest. The caller reported they had recorded someone entering their residence on a web cam.

KANDIYOHI -- The theft of a bow from a garage was reported around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday along Fifth Street North.

Arrests

WILLMAR -- Two women were arrested on multiple charges around 4 p.m. Monday along the 200 block of 17th Street Southeast.

A 35-year-old woman, with no address given, was arrested on charges of being a fugitive from justice, giving a false name to a peace officer, fleeing an officer and on outstanding warrants. The other woman, a 23-year-old from Fargo, faces charges of driving without a driver's license, no proof of insurance. There were also outstanding warrants for her.

The arrest happened after the officer encountered the women near the Humane Society, where officers had brought a dog left by the women at a hotel in the city.
