Property damage

WILLMAR -- A vehicle that had been egged was reported around 2 p.m. Tuesday along the 900 block of Ella Avenue Northwest.

WILLMAR -- Graffiti on an electrical box was reported around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday along the 300 block of Third Avenue Southwest.

WILLMAR -- Toilet paper and other items were confiscated from a group of 36 young people around 11 p.m. Tuesday along East Highway 12. The youth were advised by officers to go on their way.

WILLMAR -- A broken window, and apparent attempted break-in, was reported around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday along the 400 block of Ann Street Southeast.

RAYMOND -- Damage to vehicle tires was reported around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday along Menage Avenue. The caller reported the damage happened after a domestic incident at the home.

WILLMAR -- Toilet paper and other items were confiscated from persons in several vehicles around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday along the 1200 block of Kandiyohi Avenue Southwest. The youth were advised by officers to go home for the evening.

Arrest

SPICER -- A 44-year-old Willmar man was arrested for driving while impaired around 9 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of County Roads 9 and 90. The call started as a report of a hit-and-run accident at a Spicer establishment. Charges include driving while impaired, hit and run from an accident, driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety and open bottle.

Shoplifters

WILLMAR -- Two juvenile shoplifters were apprehended around noon Tuesday at Runnings, 3031 First St. S.
