WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a stop sign was reported around 10:40 a.m. Wednesday at the Kandi Mall, 1605 First St. S.

WILLMAR -- A piece of construction equipment that had been egged was reported around 7 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Ann Street and Johanna Avenue Southeast.

Theft

WILLMAR -- The theft of a wallet was reported around 5:35 p.m. Wednesday at Cash Wise Foods, 1300 Fifth St. S.E.

WILLMAR -- An employee theft was reported around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday at Super Wal-Mart, 700 19th Ave. S.E.

Fire call

WILLMAR -- The Willmar Fire Department was paged to a car fire around 6:20 p.m. Wednesday at Jennie-O Foods, 2505 Willmar Ave S.W. The department was on the scene for about 30 minutes.

Arrests

WILLMAR -- A 19-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for driving while impaired around 11:10 p.m. Wednesday along the 400 block of First Street South. Three others were cited for underage consumption of alcohol.

WILLMAR -- A 27-year-old Willmar woman was arrested for driving while impaired around 1:20 a.m. Thursday along the 400 block of Charlotte Street Southeast. The charges are expected to include driving after suspension and driving while impaired.

Underage consumption

WILLMAR -- Seven people were cited for underage consumption around 11:20 p.m. along the 300 block of 17th Street Northwest.
