More school board candidates file in Willmar, Minn.

WILLMAR -- Candidates for area school board races have until 5 p.m. Tuesday to file for office and be listed on the Nov. 6 general election ballot.

Don Thorpe recently filed to run for the Willmar School Board. Willmar has four seats up for election this fall.

Carnie Allex of Danube and incumbent Mark Molenaar of Renville have filed to run for the Renville County West School Board. RCW also has four seats up for election this fall.

In the New London-Spicer School District, three seats are up for election this fall. So far, three candidates have filed: incumbent Renee Nolting, incumbent David Kilpatrick and Naomi Johnson.
