Morris man pleads guilty to sex crime

MORRIS - A Morris man has pled guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct for touching a minor.

Todd Douglas Jacobson, 41, entered his plea in Stevens County District Court on Monday.

The incident for which Jacobson entered his plea occurred on Nov. 1, 2008.

Jacobson had been charged for incidents that occurred in October, November and December 2008. He was arrested Dec. 31, 2008.

Jacobson remains in custody on in lieu of bail set $50,000 with no conditions and $20,000 with conditions.

A pre-sentence investigation has been ordered.
