Murder trial for Timothy Huber will begin April 22 in Willmar, Minn.

WILLMAR — The jury trial of a rural Paynesville man charged with first-degree murder is scheduled to begin April 22 in Kandiyohi County District Court.

Timothy John Huber, 46, was indicted on first- and second-degree murder charges for the October 2011 shooting death of Timothy Richard Larson in northern Kandiyohi County.

He will be tried before District Judge Donald M. Spilseth from April 22 to May 10 at the Willmar courthouse.
