The Warriors (5-3, 13-9) owned a 10-point lead at halftime, but the Spartans (4-3, 15-6) rallied in the second half behind four 3-pointers.

Fergus Falls had the lead late in regulation before Tyler Stein hit a layup and Mike Weber scored down low for Ridgewater during the final minute of the second half to send the game into overtime.

A see-saw battle in the extra period saw Ridgewater eventually win its fifth straight as Neu drained the winning shot from on top of the arc after Sussenguth set a screen.

Weber trailed Nietfeld with 18 points while Sussenguth added 17 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds. Neu finished with 14 points and Nietfeld also hooked a team-high 13 rebounds.

Wiley Jiles had 19 points and 19 rebounds and Minnewaska Area graduate Jordan Johnsrud had 18 points and 16 rebounds to pace the Spartans.

Ridgewater hosts Minneapolis on Saturday at 3 p.m.
