Unconditional bail was set at $20,000. His next appearance in Kandiyohi County District Court is March 22.

Strehlow also faces a gross misdemeanor charge of pistol or assault weapon possession by a user of controlled substance and a petty misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia possession.

According to the complaint, agents served the warrant Nov. 9 on Strehlow's home along the 1100 block of 201st Avenue Northwest and found 27 ounces of marijuana, in separate containers in the drawers of furniture, in a freezer and in kitchen cabinets. They also found drug paraphernalia, a scale and three guns, a 9mm rifle, a 30.06 rifle and a 12-gauge shotgun. They also located a pruning shears, in the kitchen of the home. The shears had residue on it that tested positive for marijuana.
