SPICER -- Mike Danielson hit a two-run double in the third inning and a three-run homer in the fourth to propel New London-Spicer to a 7-6 win over Starbuck Sunday in a Cornbelt League amateur baseball game.

Ryan Speltz earned the win for the Twins, surrendering four runs in 52/3 innings of work. He walked three and struck out six. Ben Kulset pitched the final 31/3 innings, allowing three hits and two runs, while walking one and striking out six.
