NFL training camps opening; Vikings set to start on Friday

The Buffalo Bills and new wide receiver Terrell Owens were the first NFL team to open its training camp Sunday, with many others soon to follow.

The Minnesota Vikings will begin camp on the Minnesota State-Mankato campus Friday. The Vikings have held their annual training camp in Mankato for 44 years.

Minnesota's first preseason game with be Friday, Aug. 14 at Indianapolis.

The first regular season game will be on the road at Cleveland Sunday, Sept. 13.
