Nietfeld is MCAC South player of week
Ridgewater College forward Cory Nietfeld, a sophomore from Paynesville, scored 17 points and pulled down 18 rebounds in a double-double in the Warriors' 77-63 victory Riverland at Austin on Jan. 7.

The effort earned Nietfeld Player of the Week honors in the MCAC Southern Division.
He is averaging 12.8 points and 8.5 rebounds per game this season.
