MORRIS -- Norma Dorothy McRoberts, 89, of Morris, formerly of Herman, died Sunday at West Wind Village in Morris.
The services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church in Herman. Burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Herman.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Arrangements are with the Pedersen Funeral Home of Morris.
She was born March 18, 1919, in Macsville Township, Grant County, to Walter and Dorothy (Schofield) Ritzschke. She grew up near Herman.
She married Harold McRoberts on April 28, 1938, in Herman. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Herman, where she was active in ladies aid, Sunday school, vacation Bible school and the choir. She participated in Donnelly charity work, the Red Cross and United Way and she was a 4-H leader for many years. They moved into West Wind Village in Morris more than 10 years ago.
She is survived by her husband; one daughter: Ruth (and Roger) Cooper of Barnesville; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law: Beverly McRoberts of Wahpeton, N.D.
She was preceded in death by her son: Dwaine; three brothers; and five sisters.
