Obama leads a national tele-town hall meeting to take questions from seniors.

The meetings are televised at facilities in Winona, Oak Park Heights and North St. Paul, and an official from the Health Resources and Services Administration is answering questions in Oak Park Heights.

The Democratic president is highlighting $250 rebate checks for seniors who reach a gap in Medicare drug coverage and efforts to prevent fraud as the checks go out.
