One to hospital after crash at uncontrolled intersection
WILLMAR -- A 30-year-old Willmar woman was extricated from her vehicle and taken by ambulance to Rice Memorial Hospital after a two-vehicle crash around 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Augusta Avenue and Fifth Street Southeast.
According to the crash report, Erica Solis was driving a 2003 Pontiac that collided with a 1998 Chevy driven by Scott Johnson, 49, of Willmar. Solis' car also struck a cable box on the southwest corner of the intersection. Johnson was not injured.
