Opening of Hwy. 212 delayed from Renville to Danube

WILLMAR -- Due to unforeseen circumstances, the resurfacing project on U.S. Highway 212 from Renville County Road 6 to east of the city limits of Danube did not open to traffic Tuesday as previously announced, according to a news release from the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

MnDOT may announce the date for completion of the project later in the week. The Highway 212 detour will remain in effect. MnDOT urges motorists to plan ahead, watch for detour signs, and be alert for workers in the work zone.
