ORDINANCE NO. 1260

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICPAL ORDINANCE NO. 1060, THE WILLMAR ZONING ORDINANCE

The City of Willmar does ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. Zoning Change. The Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map for the City of Willmar are hereby amended to rezone the following property from I-2 General Industry to I-1 Limited Industry:

Lot 1, Block 1, Willmar Pet Hospital Addition.

AND

That part of the NW ¼ of SE ¼ described as follows: commencing at the SW corner of said NW ¼ SE ¼, then east 539.14', then northeasterly 100' to point of beginning of tract herein described, then northwesterly 250' to southeasterly r-o-w line of STH #40, then northeasterly 470.21', then southeasterly 250', then southwesterly 448.64' to point of beginning, excluding part platted into Willmar Pet Hospital Addition, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

That part of the N ½ of the of SE ¼ described as follows: commencing at a point where the southeasterly line of STH # 40 and the east line of NW ¼ of SE ¼ intersects, then southwesterly along said southeasterly r-o-w line of STH #40, 664' to point of beginning of tract herein described, then southeasterly along a line which ends at the northwesterly r-o-w line of RR r-o-w, then southeasterly along a line which ends at the northwesterly r-o-w line of RR r-o-w, then southwesterly along said r-o-w line to south line of N ½ of SE ¼, then west to a point 539,14' east of SW corner of NW ¼ of SE ¼ , then northeasterly 548.64', then northwesterly 250.94' to southeasterly r-o-w line of STH #40, then northeasterly along said r-o-w line to point of beginning, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

That part of the NW ¼ of SE ¼ and that part of the NE ¼ of SE ¼ described as follows: beginning at a point on the west line of said NE ¼ of SE ¼ where the southeasterly r-o-w of STH #40 intersects said west line, then southwesterly 153.80' to point of beginning of tract herein described, then continue southwesterly along last said line 510.20', then southeasterly 570.37', then north 497.44' to a point on the south line of the north 130' of S ½ of Section 16, then west to point of beginning, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

That part of the NE ¼ of SE ¼ described as follows: commencing at a point on the west line of said NE ¼ SE ¼ where the southeasterly r-o-w of STH #40 intersects said west line, then southwesterly 664', then southeasterly 570.37' to point of beginning of tract herein described, then continued southeasterly 105.12' to point on the northwesterly r-o-w line of BNRR r-o-w, then northeasterly 553.40', then northwesterly 226.26', then west 320' to intersection with a line brought north from point of beginning, then south 497.44' to point of beginning, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

East 220' of north 150' of Lot 6, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

East 140' of Lot 5 of E ½ of NE ¼ lying south of trunk highway excluding part in plat, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

Part of west 300' of Lot 5, and of Lots 9 of E ½ of NE ¼ lying south of trunk highway, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

E ½ of Lot 8 of E ½ of NE ¼ excluding r-o-w excluding the northerly 30' of the westerly 164.5', Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

That part of Lots 9 & 14 described as follows: beginning at a point of intersection of south line of lots 9 & 14 with r-o-w of the STH #40, then northeasterly on and along r-o-w 137.8', then southeasterly 158.3' to a point on south line of Lot 9', then west 205.3' to point of beginning and the north 15' of the W ½ of Lot 8 & the north 30' of the E½ of Lot 8 excluding the easterly 165.5' thereof all lying in State Subdivision of Government Lots 1 & 2 of the SE ¼ of NE ¼ of Section 16 lying easterly of centerline of STH #40, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

Part of Lot 9 of State Subdivision of Government Lots 1 & 2 and the SE ¼ of NE ¼ described as follows: beginning at a point on the southeasterly r-o-w line of Hwy #40 137.8' northeasterly of westerly extension of south line of said Lot 9, then southeasterly 158.3', then east 165.5' to SE corner of State Lot 9, then north 39.1', then northwesterly 260.7' to southeasterly r-o-w line of Hwy #40, then southwesterly 140' to point of beginning, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

Part of west 300' of Lot 5, and of Lot 9 of E ½ of NE ¼ lying south of trunk highway, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

West 100' of east 360' of Lot 5 of E ½ of NE ¼ lying south of Trunk Hwy, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

AND

That part of Lot 5 of State Subdivision of Government Lots 1 & 2 & SE ¼ of NE ¼ of Section 16, Township 119, Range 35 in City of Willmar described as: Beginning at a point on south line of said Lot 5 400' east of southwest corner thereof; then perpendicular to said south line 205.71' to southerly boundary of Hwy. #12; then south 82°09'09" east along said Hwy. boundary 121.13'; then south 189.17' to south line of said Lot 5; then west 120' to point of beginning, Section 16, Township 119, Range 35.

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and second publication.
