Pamela E. Riehle Jan. 12, 1954 - Oct. 5, 2008
LITCHFIELD -- Pamela Elsie Riehle, 54, of Litchfield died Sunday at Meeker Memorial Hospital in Litchfield after an eight-year battle with liver disease.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Church of St. Philip in Litchfield. Burial will be in the St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Darwin.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield, with a prayer service at 8 p.m., and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church.
She was born Jan. 12, 1954, in Woburn, Mass., to Chester and Dorothy (Beird) Robinson. She graduated from Ramey Air Force Base High School in Puerto Rico in 1973.
She married Peter Riehle on May 5, 1973. She moved to Darwin in 1980 and had lived in Litchfield since 1995. She worked at I.R.D., where she was a supervisor.
She was a member of the Church of St. Philip, the Darwin Drifters and the Darwin Rod and Gun Club.
She is survived by her husband; children: Laura Riehle of Albertville and Louis Riehle of Atwater; two grandchildren; and siblings: William Robinson of Jonestown, Pa., Carol Douthett of Melbourne, Fla., and Donna Mauro of Orlando, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother: Jimmy.
