Pawlenty names Solheid, Wilhelm to state boards
ST. PAUL -- Gov. Tim Pawlenty today announced the appointment of Patricia A. Solheid of Spicer to the Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Review Board and the reappointment of Bonita C. Wilhelm of Willmar to the Petroleum Tank Release Compensation Board (Petrofund Board).
Solheid is vice president of human resources and administration with Jennie-O Turkey Store Inc. in Willmar. She has held a number of positions in human resources with Jennie-O Turkey Store since 1986. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and journalism from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls.
Wilhelm is a human resource management consultant with a background in the medical field. She earned her bachelor's degree in management magna cum laude from the St. Cloud State University College of Business.
Wilhelm is a member and past president of Peer None Players, a non-professional theater group in Willmar, a production manager and marketing director for The Barn Theatre, a member of the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, a member and past president of the Willmar Convention and Visitors Bureau, a board member of the Minnesota Association of Community Theatres, as well as a number of other school and church activities.
She has served as a Petrofund Board member since 2006 and is reappointed as a public member to another four-year term that expires on Jan. 6, 2014.
