Pearson -- Mitchell
Heidi Pearson and Matthew Mitchell, both of Red Wing, are engaged to be married June 18 at Vasa Lutheran Church in Vasa.

Pearson is the daughter of David and Nancy Pearson of Red Wing.
She is a 2005 graduate of Red Wing High School and a 2010 graduate of Winona State University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is employed by the Red Wing School District as a special education teacher.
Mitchell is the son of Cameron Mitchell of Winona and Sue Mitchell of Two Harbors.
He is a 2002 graduate of Litchfield High School and expects to graduate in May from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a bachelor's degree in conservation. He has accepted a position with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
