"It is interesting to see Asian culture in western Minnesota as it becomes more prominent in our region. We take a glimpse at the first Hibachi-style restaurant of its kind in Willmar and learn more about the Asian style drumming that has swept the nation,'' said Dana Johnson, executive producer.

In this episode of Postcards, experience MuDaiko as it gives voice and cultural profile to the Asian American community through the performing arts and Taiko drumming in Fergus Falls and get a "taste" of hibachi cooking with the talented chefs of Chen Garden.

Postcards is a weekly program featuring the art, history and cultural heritage of western Minnesota and is broadcast at 7 p.m. on Sundays, 1:30 p.m. on Mondays and 7 p.m. on Thursdays.
