LITCHFIELD — A 27-year-old Plymouth man faces a felony charge of third-degree burglary in connection with an incident at a vacant house near Litchfield.
The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office received a call from the property owner saying his house, located on the 59000 block of County Road 11, was broken into and property had been stolen. Jacob Thomas Dahlheimer was identified as a suspect from security footage, according to the criminal complaint against him.
Dahlheimer made his first appearance Thursday in Meeker County District Court. Bail was set at $20,000.
Photos from security footage at the home showed two unauthorized vehicles on the property May 28.
The complaint states that Dahlheimer told authorities that he entered the residence and that items were taken.
Another male suspect has been identified, and he told authorities that he entered the residence with Dahlheimer and an adult female.
The complaint states that the male suspect also said that he rummaged through items and that collectible items and valuable jewelry were stolen. The man said the items were last seen with the female.
