Human rights activist Barry Nelson told WDAY Radio News that the vigil begins at 2 p.m. in front of the Federal Building in downtown Fargo.
Nelson claims the 23 immigrants are victims of a human trafficking ring.
The men are charged in federal court with making false claims about their employment eligibility. They had been working on the Tharaldson ethanol plant near Casselton as a part of crew for Wanzek Construction.
