Avian influenza strikes Stearns County turkey flock

PAYNESVILLE -- Chandler Erickson took a pass from Jake Torgerson and busted free down the sideline on an 82-yard touchdown play, leading to a Morris/Chokio-Alberta shading of Paynesville 26-24 on Friday.


Paynesville had the Tigers almost stopped facing third-and-eight on their 18 yard line.

That put MCA up 26-18.
