SLAYTON -- Murray County Central struck first against top-ranked Dawson-Boyd Friday, but the Blackjacks then scored 28 unanswered points and en route to collecting a 41-12 Little Sioux win.

Dawson-Boyd (2-0, 2-0) got touchdowns from five different players with Garth Ochsendorf scoring twice, once on a 9-yard scamper in the third quarter and again in the fourth on a 6-yard run.

Justin Lee ran for 163 yards on 18 carries and Ochsendorf picked up another 130 yards on the ground behind 14 totes to help the Blackjacks gain 391 rushing yards.

Joey Lee snuck in from a yard out, Justin Lee scooted into the end zone from the MCC 7 and Michael Anyasike busted loose on a 20-yard run to give Dawson-Boyd a 21-point second quarter.

Blackjack speedster Nathaniel Huot had the run of the night by scoring on a 42-yard play in the fourth.

Barnesville ran wild on Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg, getting all seven touchdowns on the ground for a 47-0 shutout.

Austin Martz accounted for three of those, racking up 90 yards on eight carries.

Kimball answered a BBE kickoff return touchdown with one of their own, sparking a 28-point second quarter that led the Cubs to a 34-28 Central Minnesota Conference victory on Friday.

The Jaguars closed the gap in the second half when Austin Kollman scored TDs on runs of 10 yards and 43 yards to tie the game at 28 with about 5:30 left to play.

But Kimball worked the ball downfield and scored the game-winning TD on an 18-yard pass from Cameron Hunt to Mathias Hennen with 1:28 left.
