NEW LONDON — New London-Spicer racked up 56 points all in the first half on its way to beating Mound Westonka 56-0 in a Wright County Conference matchup Friday at Petersen Field.

The Wildcats (1-0, 1-0) rushed for 275 yards and 6 touchdowns, including 112 from Adam Essler, and quarterback Ryan Vraa passed for 119 yards, connecting twice with Shane Zylstra in the end zone.
