Prep Girls Soccer: Willmar falls in regular-season finale

The Cardinals girls soccer team dropped their final game of the regular season in Sauk Rapids on Tuesday.

Sauk Rapids scored all its goals in the first half. Willmar's Courtney Jacobson scored in the 41st minute. Goalie Jordan Martins made 16 saves.

The Cardinals' Section 2A seeding will be today, and they will open section play on Tuesday, Oct. 11. The top two section teams receive first-round byes.
