MADISON -- The Eagles overcame tough conditions to shutout Yellow Medicine East and stay undefeated.

The wind was blowing 30 mph with no protection from the west.

"It was cold and windy and miserable," Laq qui Parle/Dawson-Boyd coach Brant Hacker said.

Patricia Ott, Kelly Thompson, Lindsay Hansen and Marina Risch dominated singles for the Eagles (6-0, 16-0).

Thompson at 2-singles didn't lose a game in her matchup, and 3-singles Hansen lost one.
